A binder and slipcase is the record book on its own, without the forms, certificates or seal that come in a full kit. Our Binder & Slipcase is a hardcover binder with a matching slipcase for shelf storage. It fits standard corporate record pages and is available in Black, Burgundy, or Black & Burgundy. A gold-foil imprint of the entity name is included, priced by name length.

This option suits companies that already have their certificates and seal, firms that keep minute books for several clients and want a consistent look on the shelf, and owners replacing a worn binder. The slipcase protects the binder and keeps it display-ready in an office.

When ordering, decide on a color and enter the entity name exactly as you want it imprinted, since the imprint price depends on its length. Check spelling against your state filing so the spine matches your other records. Once it arrives, move your bylaws or operating agreement, minutes, resolutions and certificate records into the binder and keep them in a consistent order so updates are easy to add. If you also need certificates and a seal, a corporate kit or LLC kit includes them with the binder.
